Organization Description:

Focus:

‚•We operate an excellent, neighborhood-based independent Catholic middle school on the Lower East Side of Manhattan to serve girls living in poverty, particularly those whose academic performance in primary grades has lagged, but who show promise of benefiting from a comprehensive program - intentionally small, nurturing and challenging - designed to meet their needs

‚•We help our students develop the aspirations, confidence, skills and values they will need to succeed in high school and pursue higher education and careers.

‚•We support middle school graduates through high school with a structured program of tuition assistance, study aid, and counseling, including guidance on college admissions.

‚•We maintain relationships through college and beyond, providing a network of support to help alumnae overcome challenges to complete their degrees and embark on careers.
