EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP

EYL is committed to carry on "The Lord Jesus Christ's Great
Commission". As the handful of apprentice lit the spark that caused
the Gospel to spread like a wild fire in the first century. We
challenge the young leaders to trace their roots to take this great
commission seriously and continue to spread the good news till the
Lord comes. We are further committed to provide a ministry of
discipleship for each new believer, and to work in partnership with
others desire to accomplish the same mission.


MENTORING

EYL conducts Mentor Seminar on invitation in churches, youth
fellowships, schools and colleges. EYL has taken a page from the life
of Christ in establishing its leadership development methods - one
individual building into the lives of others: one, two or three at a
time. Materials are being developed and distributed that are ideal for
mentoring relationship between parents and their adolescents, teacher
and their students, youth leaders and their teens.


TRAINING

EYL conducts this training events in different parts of the country
for youth workers and youth pastors. The topics include are: Youth
ministry that makes a difference, Building real relationship with
young people. Seven downfalls of youth leaders, Teamwork in the New
Millennium, Developing Leaders through mentoring etc.


TEAM LEADERSHIP

EYL conducts Team leadership conference in various cities in India in
partnership with major denominations and para church organisations
targeting 300-500 young leaders. The goal for this conference is
TRAINING LEADERS OF THE FUTURE. Young leaders will have a chance to
develop effectiveness in mobilizing, resolving conflicts, leadership
attributes and expanding creativity.
