Organization Description: 

Ready4Work Jacksonville is an offender re-entry workforce development program which mobilizes local coalitions to work together for sustainable offender reintegration, and to improve outcomes for offenders and the communities in which they live. Ready4Work Jacksonville is a component of Operation New Hope, a faith-based organization serving offenders with case management, life coaching, job training and job placement services. Ready4Work is committed to developing strategic partnerships in businesses, faith-based and community non-profits, and criminal justice agencies that will lead the way in successfully reintegrating offenders.
