Since 1979, our goal is to provide patients and their families with expert and compassionate end-of-life care. Our approach to care is simple. We provide expert and compassionate care to patients and families, while honoring their wishes and assisting in celebrating their lives one day at a time.

At Halifax Health - Hospice, we have a collaborative approach to care. Every day, our uniquely specialized team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, spiritual care counselors, aides, bereavement counselors, complementary therapists, and volunteers work collectively to provide exceptional care for patients and families.

We believe a persons life should be cherished and celebrated.
