Project Description:

During her year at Cross Roads, Amanda developed Impact Cheerleading, a cheer program, and wanted to know that it could continue on after she left.  She put together a guide for the cheerleading program consisting of rules, forms, cheers, resources for tumbling, and other information so that anyone would be able to run the cheer squad regardless of whether or not they had any knowledge of the sport.

Attached are two documents, one of which dictates squad policy and another which provides a "cheer promise" for participating youth, as well as Amanda's PowerPoint presentation explaining her program's mission statement and logistical instructions for starting up your own cheer squad.
