Project Description:

Grace Chong served as a TechMission Corp member who served from 2008 to 2009 at Quincy Higher Education Resource Center (Quincy HERC) in Quincy, MA. During her service term Grace worked extensively with Asian American children and did a great deal in direct service with Chinese American communities. For her final project Grace made a brochure for the greater organization that her site is affiliated with "The Greater Boston Chinese Community Service Center". This brochure highlights all of the organization's services and her project provides detailed analysis on what should be included in a site brochure. Her project also highlights the importance of ethnic specific community outreach programs and bilingual resources.
