All applicants are required to submit an IRS (3) (C) service of exemption letter that proves their organization is exempt from taxation.

Funding Limitations Description: 

Funding provisions is limited to churches that are based in Troupe County, Georgia.

Grants are generally not allocated for individuals, nor for endowment purposes.

Grants are not allocated for loan purposes, nor for debt reduction nor retirement.

Grants are usually not made for operating expenses.
