The Festus and Helen Stacy Foundation requests that all interested applications mail a letter of no more than two pages and an application, as well as three copies of the project proposal to the foundation by either November 1 or April 1, depending on the session.

 

Funding Limitations Description: 

The Festus and Helen Stacy Foundation does not give to individuals, or for endowments, nor do they award grants for general operating budgets and/or capital expenditures to churches.
