Though the Foundation primarily funds Washington based organizations, they also have a history of funding organizations located in the following states: Virgina, Colorado, California, Illinois, Oregon, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Minnesota, Montana, Texas, Maryland, Missouri, Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, Ohio, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, and Florida.
The Foundation also has a history of funding organizations based in China and Hong Kong.

The organization should write a brief letter to the Foundation; this letter should describe the project, as well as the organizational budget and additional revenue sources.
Grants limited to Christ-centered organizations.
The Foundation does not allocate funds for individuals, scholarships, fellowships, or endowments.
The Foundation does not allocate funds for debt reduction purposes, nor for emergency relief.
The Foundation does not provide funding for lobbying, legislation, nor for purposes of influencing an election.
The Foundation will not provide funding for the publication of audio, video, or literature based productions.
The Foundation will not provide funding for media organizations, nor will it provide funding for any airtime or production, etc.
Grants are rarely allocated for capital projects.
Grants are generally allocated for one year, but the Foundation will consider multiple year requests for special projects.
All organizations must present an IRS (c)(3) Letter that verifies 501 (c)(3) status.
