Organization Description:
The Senior Independence Hospice Team works together to provide counseling, education and support focusing on giving the patient control in determining their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. In turn, the hospice and family team develop a holistic care plan that includes pain management, sympton management, symptom control and bereavement support.
