Dental Volunteers for Israel

Organization Description:

Dental Volunteers for Israel (DVI), with the help of international dental volunteers provides free state-of-the-art dental care to the indigent children of Jerusalem. If not for DVI, the over 200,000 children in Jerusalem living under the "poverty line" would not receive any dental care or learn about oral hygiene. By giving of your skill and volunteering at the clinic, you have the opportunity to change a child’s life.
DVI provides the perfect opportunity for a volunteering holiday. Working hours are Sunday – Thursday, 8am – 2pm, still leaving enough free time for sightseeing and visiting family. For the duration of their stay, volunteer dentists are given the use of one of four apartments in prime locations around Jerusalem.
Become one of the thousands of volunteer dentists from all corners of the world who have volunteered at DVI and helped the children of Jerusalem.
