Organization Description:
Plan for Development (PFODE) was founded in 2005 in Kasangombe and Kapeeka Sub Counties in Nakaseke, Uganda. PFODE was registered as a community based organization on 22nd Feb. 2007 under certificate number CD-230 focusing on community health and sanitation programs in the areas of Nakaseke District then incorporated as an NGO limited by Guarantee on 15th August 2008 operating on the same activities (community health and sanitation) in Nakaseke District. PFODE also focuses on integrated rural development and its integration in national and international policies and plans. Our focus in the development in Nakaseke District is international and regional networking of resources, knowledge and people so as to achieve rural development.
