La Bella Vita at the Cross

We aim to fulfill our mission by creating an oasis at La Bella Vita at the Cross offering the perfect setting for rejuvenation and reflection. Ministries include:
? Helping our on-board staff identify their true calling as ministers and prepare them by:
? Training in specific skills related to their calling
? Networking with groups and organizations involved with their desired ministry to create relationships and prepare for future assignments in the outside world
? Discipleship for our on-board staff, including devotionals, and Bible studies by external pastors and internal staff
? Worship nights and other regular events for the staff as well as the community
? Pastors' Retreats
? Men's Retreats
? Women's Retreats
? Youth Events
? Outreach to the community in form of:
? Partnership with community churches in evangelical events and other ministries
? Community services
? Evangelizing
? Mentoring and discipleship of “adopted” newly converted individuals
