Caroline Christian Health Center, Inc

Medical: CCHC will provide all typical primary care services for pediatric residents. This will include, but not limited to acute care for minor injuries and illness, management of chronic disease and othe ongoing health problems, provision of recommended immunizations, well child exams, child health screening services. CCHC will also develop a mobile unit that will serve to bring critical health screening services and immunizations as well as some disease management services to many of the outlying and remote communities of Caroline County.

Education: Providing accurate and timely health information to out clients is a critical part of the mission of the CCHC. This will be done thorugh a variety of means, including printed materials, computer based learning, and personal instruction.

Counseling: The CCHC will ahv on staff a full - time family counselor. He or She will provide Christian based counseling services for the entire family, when indicated. Referrals will be primarily from within the CCHC, but not exculsive.

Spritual: An important part of the mission of the CCHC is to provide access to local Christian ministries who are directly interating with the residents of Caroline county and who are providing assistance, consistent with purpose and mission of the clinic. The CCHC will partner with these ministriesthroug referrals and word of mouth.
