Work & Learn, Inc.

Organization Description:

Work&Learn is a Bible-based, interdenominational, volunteer-based, multi-cultural nonprofit.

We provide 12 weeks of mentoring and training, meeting for two hours, one night per week. The course is called Keys and Steps to Personal and Professional Success.

The Keys, based on the Bible and taught by a different pastor each week, are Who Am I?, Who is God?, God and Relationships, God and Work, Authority, Attitude, Integrity, Communication, Conflict, Stewardship, and Excellence in All.

The Steps, based on What Color is Your Parachute?, and taught by experienced retired business people, are how to change careers, job search, and succeed in a job.

Classes are held in a church classroom. Textbooks are the Bible and What Color is Your Parachute?
