Global Frontier Missions
SHORT TERM MISSION TRIPS: We have hosted hundreds of people on mission trips both in the United States and abroad (Mexico, Thailand, India, Morocco) over the past ten years. Each team is challenged to do their part in fulfilling the Great Commission by praying, giving, going, welcoming, or mobilizing. As a result, we have seen many individuals and churches become more missional and kingdom-minded.
SUMMER INTERNSHIPS: We offer summer internships for 18- to 25-year-olds in different locations. Some of our interns help us run our short-term mission trips, while other interns have helped in our long-term church planting efforts. These are a great opportunity for people to get their feet wet in missions.
MISSIONARY TRAINING SCHOOL: We have several on-the-field Missionary Training Schools that last five months. The purpose of the school is to provide hands-on training for those preparing for missions ministries worldwide, with an emphasis on frontier missions to unreached people groups. The school provides the dual benefits of an associate's Bible degree and valuable practical learning experience on the field with full-time missionaries.
CHURCH PLANTING: We have full-time teams of church planters working in different areas. Their goal is to lead people to Christ, disciple converts, raise up leaders, plant churches and then let the local people run with the vision to make other disciples and plant other churches. We are also wanting to send out pioneer church planting teams to serve among unreached people groups in the 10/40 window.
Global Frontier Missions is a movement of Christ-centered communities dedicated to mobilizing, training, and multiplying disciples and churches to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the least reached people groups of the earth.
Global Frontier Missions is a non-denominational missions organization focused on making disciples of all nations. In the past, we have worked and partnered with many denominations and parts of the body of Christ that desire to see God glorified. We try to focus on Christ, His Kingdom, the Great Commandment, and the Great Commission. We try to stay away from issues that we know to be divisive in the body of Christ and focus on God's glory and taking the Gospel to all nations.
We believe that God is the eternal Father and Creator of all things (Gen. 1:1).
We believe that God created man in His image (Gen. 1:27), but that man rebelled against Him introducing sin into this world (Rom. 5:12). Ever since that time, all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23).
We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the entire world and freely offers salvation to all who call on and put faith in Him (Jn. 3:16). He is the only way to heaven and the only name that can be called upon to gain eternal life (Acts 4:12).
We believe that anyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Rom. 10:13), but that people need to hear of Jesus in order to be able to call on Him (Rom. 10:14,15).
We believe that Jesus Christ wants to be the Lord of our lives, not just the Savior (Rom. 10:9). As a result, we need to die to ourselves, forsake all, take up our crosses, and follow Him (Lk. 14:27). Salvation is by grace, through faith and not by works (Eph. 2:8,9).
We believe that Jesus Christ sent the Holy Spirit to empower us to do the things that He did (Acts 1:8). Just as the Father sent His Son into the world, now He sends us to be His ambassadors to a lost and hurting world (Jn. 20:21). The Holy Spirit gives us gifts and helps us to bear fruit in order to carry out God's will (1 Cor. 12:11,12).
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the standard by which we should live (1 Tim. 3:16).
We believe that love sums up the law. We need to love God with all that we are and love our neighbors as ourselves (Mt. 22:37-39). By our love will they know that we are His disciples (Jn. 13:35).
We believe that every believer in the world makes up a part of the body of Christ and that God's will for His church is that we be unified so that the world might know the Truth (Jn. 17:23).
We believe that it is the responsibility of the Church to take the Gospel into the entire world as a testimony to all nations (Mt. 24:14). Every member in the body of Christ must play a role in building the kingdom and taking the Good News to all creation, making disciples, baptizing them, and teaching them to obey everything that Jesus taught (Mt. 28:18-20).
