I am looking to build a strong ministry team that can share in a vision and help to grow a new Church in Ypsilanti, MI. At United Christian Fellowship Church, we believe in allowing and encouraging people to flow with the anointing of the Holy Spirit in order to grow and develop the call of God on their life.
We are a Church Plant that is in its infant stages and we are looking for people with a passion for Christ and zeal to help people experience Jesus in a REAL and RELEVANT way. If you are filled with faith, inspirations, and hope, join me in planting a new church in the community of Ypsilanti, MI this September 2013!! We reach out to everyone but we particularly have a heart for the unchurched.We're going to be close to Eastern University, and I believe that God is going to allow our ministry to be a blessing to the campus and the Washtenaw county at large!
We desire to build a group of diversely gifted servants working together to extend the kingdom of God by developing and implementing strategies to make disciples, build community, and develop ministry teams.We're looking for people that are looking to SERVE others and not to be served (Matthew 20:25-28). * Purpose for which we are founded and why we exist... We believe there is only one God ( Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of a living beings. He had revealed himself to humanity as the father (creator), as the son(savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling spirit).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for remission of sins. Through the baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ Romans 6:3-6;Colossians 2:11-14;Acts 2:38.
We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to his people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government.Mark 16:15-18, 2 Corinthians 12:1-11.
