We provide comfort, supportive care to patients and families who are facing a life-limiting illness. We visit patients in their place of residence and help them to have a full and peaceful end of life. We serve patients and families in the counties of Richland, Lexington, Calhoun, Sumter, Kershaw, Fairfield, Newberry, and Saluda.
