Community Hope Center
The Community Hope Center is a program-based project that will impact the low-income, poverty level, families and individuals living in and around Osceola County, Florida. The primary emphasis will be to those living homeless or in motels and hotels along Osceola Countys 192 Corridor. This program will be used to restore dignity and self-sufficiency to those in need in our community through a holistic approach to case management, funds assistance, and life skills. The program is intended to provide gap services to clients that other agencies are not currently providing. The intent of the organization is to be a collaborative effort between local churches, social services agencies, Osceola County, the city governments, and community businesses. Our key partners include Community Presbyterian Church of Celebration, Osceola Council on Aging, Park Place Behavioral Health, Community Vision, Florida Hospital of Celebration, the city of Kissimmee, and Osceola County Human Services.
The Community Hope Centers mission is to provide assistance to all those in need in our community. We will secure a no wrong door policy and be committed to providing resources or referrals for those who are actively searching for assistance and who are willing to forge a path towards self-sufficiency.
We believe in serving all God's children.
