Flying W Ranch Foundation

Organization Description:

The Flying W Ranch Foundation is working with land mitigation following the Waldo Canyon fire. Stabilization efforts help to reduce erosion as well as aid in protecting the local community from flooding events. Our organization, with the help of volunteers, has multiple projects that enhance stabilization of the land by increasing vegetation and decreasing movement of sediment. We also aim to help educate the community on evolution of fire, environmental practices, and creating fire safe environments.
