The Gard Foundation inc (Non Profit) was organized on my departure from the Law office in Virginia to serve those that we traveled too while my Mother was suffering from Alzheimer. I began to realize that one of the major problems they had was a lack of funds prevented them from their mission, purpose and accomplishing their heart felt purpose and I decided than we would find a way to cure that problem.
