Aaron's House
The vision of Aaron's House is, "to house 8-10 women who are age 19 and under at one time in a house setting that is up to code and is licensed through the correct authorities. Women would also have the opportunity to stay for a designated amount of time with their babies after birth."
"To offer a loving, life-affirming home where young, pregnant women can rebuild their lives, give them hope for the future and encourage them to be better equipped to make life long decisions for themselves and their babies through the practice of faith, hope and love in a group setting."
Aarons House Statement of Faith
~We believe there is only one God and he is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He is eternally existent in three personalities: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
~We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, His eternal preexistence, His virgin birth, His attesting miracles, His sinless life, His sacrificial death on the cross, His glorious bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension into heaven, and His present work in heaven as High Priest and Advocate. He will return to earth in glory to reign as King of King and Lord of Lords.
~We believe the Bible is God?s word to us and is to be the only inspired, infallible authoritative Word of God.
~We believe salvation by grace is God?s free gift to us but we must accept it. Only by trusting in the shed blood of Jesus Christ, as God?s offer of forgiveness, can anyone be saved from sin?s penalty of eternal separation from God. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus, we are saved by faith through the grace of God. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.
~We believe eternity is for everyone. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally in union with God is life in heaven. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.
~We believe every person who is born again by the Spirit is an integral part of the church as a member of the body of believers.
