ADAPT ? Agency for Development And People Transformation is - a community based organization initiated by the local community in Busambaga ward - Katabi - Entebbe Wakiso District carrying out a number of activities which include; HIV prevention and awareness among the youth, vocational skills training to out of school youth, HIV care and treatment support through linkages and referrals, behavior change and communication skills, education support programs, Urban farming training, initiation of village savings and loan associations, Sexual and gender based violence awareness and child protection, family planning awareness and environmental conservation among others.

Its founded by christian catholics but working with people of all denominations.
