What is hospice?

Hospice provides comfort and support to patients and families facing the final stages of a terminal illness. The goal of our program is to help your loved one live comfortably, with dignity, when a cure is no longer possible. Our team of specially trained professionals delivers expert medical care, pain management and emotional and spiritual support tailored to the needs of your loved one. Counseling and bereavement support services are available to families before and after a patients death.

Hospice care team

Our interdisciplinary approach to hospice care includes a team of medical directors, nurses, social workers, counselors and trained volunteers. We work with patients and families to create a personalized plan of care, helping to ensure everyone receives the support and information needed.
