Anova Hospice Care is available for those persons facing a life-limiting condition. The goal of hospice care is to enable the patient to continue an alert, symptom managed life in the comfort of the place they call home surrounded by their loved ones. Our philosophy is one that affirms life and does not hasten nor postpone death, allowing the patient to live with dignity and comfort. With the understanding of a concept of care for the body, mind, and spirit, the hospice team consists of Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, Nursing Aides, the Chaplain and Volunteers. Hospice care is patient centered- allowing the patient and their loved ones to have a voice in the plan of care.
Our agency is committed to providing cost-effective, intelligent and compassionate care to clients in many settings, including private homes, nursing homes, personal care homes and hospitals.
