AseraCare Hospice
Organization Description:
AseraCare Hospice serves patients and families with terminal illnesses in the Lancaster and Lebanon areas. We are one of several hospices in the area. AseraCare Hospice believes that through compassionate support and the promotion of a caring environment, patients and families may be able to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them. Our hospice team includes doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains and volunteers as well as a bereavement coordinator as part of our program.
