We create service rich communities by bringing these services into apartment complexes around Southwest Houston and surrounding communities.
The mission of Light of Faith Ministries: Project LIFT is two-fold in that the human needs mission is to provide hope, improve the quality of life for children, families, and adults who face various obstables to independence and support the efforts of these individuals to achieve and sustain self sufficiency. Our ministry's mission is to help individuals and families become reflectors of the Light. God first reached out in love to us through Jesus Christ. Therefore, we, led by the Holy Spirit, will demonstrate God's love through worship, witness, mission, discipleship and location.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
We believe the Bible teaches the need for a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Faith in Christ's life, death and resurrection provides the only path to forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life. With the Holy Spirit as our source and guide, we are daily strengthened to newness of life. We believe that Christ died for all people and, regardless of their station in life or past struggles, God loves them and desires to meet their deepest needs. We are there as part of this community to be a source of encouragement, strength, love and healing.
