Greetings you in Jesus name. We are so grateful to God for the opportunity He has given us to work for the evangelization of . We are ambassadors of the Gospel in a land where thousands of villages are totally unreached. The people in these villages have never heard the Gospel Â? not even one time. has one of the largest unevangelized populations in the entire world. We are doing our best to reach these people because we believe in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, Â?Go into all the world and proclaim the GospelÂ?Â? Over the years, God has been rewarding our labor. Thousands of Hindus, Muslims and animists have embraced Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord! In spreading the Gospel, we are not only evangelizing but also tending to the material needs of the poor. We operate Orphanage, Child Development centers, Church Planting Ministries, Evangelism, School ,Tailoring for the tribal women; Relief, Medical care & we also strive to meet the material needs of the thousands of poverty stricken people that we minister to in the states of . We humbly request your prayers for this mission work in . The field is ready for a great harvest of souls. The field is wide open for the harvest if we can send the missionaries. Odisha is a land with thousands of ethno-linguistic groups, not to mention an assortment of world religions such as Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, Islam, Zoroastrianism and animism. In , we have 14 official languages and 1,400 minor languages, not to mention thousands and thousands of varying dialects. The task is great, but our God is greater still! We are expecting a great harvest of souls, even as we work to spread the Gospel in this very needy land. With your partnership, we can make a difference! Bethany adopts the doctrinal statement of mission which is evangelical gospel and inter denominational.
1. We believe that the Bible to be the inspired and the only infallible authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe in the unity of the one true and living god who is the eternal, self existent "IAM"who has also revealed himself as one bound in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutionary, atoning death, and bodily resurrection.
4. We believe in the triumphant ascension and abiding intercession of the LORD Jesus Christ and his premillenial Second Advent as the blessed hope set before all believers.
5. We believe in the fall of man, who has created, pure and upright, but fell by voluntary transgression.
6. We believe in salvation through faith in Christ, who died for our sins according to the scriptures, was buried and was raised from among the dead on the third day according to the scriptures, and through his blood we have redemption.This experience is also known as the new birth, and is an instantaneous and complete operation of the holy spirit upon intial faith in the LORD Jesus Christ.
7. We believe that baptism by immersion in water is enjoined upon all who have really repented and have trully believed with all their heart in Christ as saviour and LORD.
8. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the initial evidence of which is speaking in other tongues as the spirit gives utterance.
9. We believe that God, in the New Testament has set the gifts to the church, as given by the Holy Spirit and the offices.
10. We Believe in holiness of life and conduct in obedience to the command of god "Be ye holy for I am Holy"
11. We believe that deliverance from sickness, by divine healing is provided for in the Atonement
12. We believe that breaking of bread is enjoined upon all believers until the LORD comes.
13. We Believe in the bodily resurrection of all men, the everlasting bliss of all who truly believe in our LORD Jesus Christ and that everlasting conscious punishment is the portion of all whose names are not written in the book of life.
