Bethesda Community Clinic
Since opening our doors in 2011, Bethesda Community Clinic's dedication to provide quality, affordable health care services to our most vulnerable population has been unwavering. Our clinic relies on volunteer providers and support staff, funding from grants and the generosity of local businesses, individuals, community organizations to offset the costs involved in maintaining the clinic.
We provide medical services seen in a family practice site, including: Physical exams Women's Health Acute acute (flu, ear infections, UTI, respiratory infections) Chronic disease management (Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, COPD/asthma, etc...) Blood work & laboratory testing.
We also coordinate and management Prescription Medication Assistance, Diabetes Education, Diabetes Prevention through the National Diabetes Prevention Program, counseling and limited social work services.
Our clinic is open: Monday 8:30am - 5pm Tuesday 12pm - 7pm Wednesday 8:30am - 12pm Thursday 8:30am - 5pm Friday 8:30am - 12pm 2nd Saturday of each month 9am - 12pm
Bethesda Community Clinic is an affiliate of the Georgia State Volunteer Health Care Program and the state chapter of the Georgia Charitable Care Network. Bethesda is the only charity clinic in Cherokee County and serves as a safety net for the entire region. Services are based on the values of advocacy, compassion, dignity, faith, kindness, and stewardship. The clinic does not discriminate based on religion, culture, national origin, sex, or ability to pay. We gladly serve all persons needing care.
To demonstrate the compassion of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need, to be a healthcare home for people in need of affordable care, and a solution for our growing countrys burdened healthcare system.
