Organization Description:
Bethesda Outreach Ministries is a 501C(3) nonprofit corporation that has been serving families in the Newtown area of Sarasota since 1984. Bethesda has focused on the youth of the area because this segment of society is crucial to the survival of our nation and is in critical distress. The ministry provides programs that meet the spiritual, material, and social needs of young people. The program facilitates weekly just under 100 children and youth. Many of these children are from single parent homes. To effectively reach the youth Bethesda Outreach also focuses on parental involvement and training.
