OBJECTIVES of the HOME of CHARITY To enable special needs children to reach their full potential. The personnel of the centre are to assist a child to become as independent and self sufficient as possible. This reality will be achieved by focusing on the physical, educational and social development of each individual child. The atmosphere at the Home of Charity will be one of “Love, Discipline, Compassion, and Understanding”.
