Center for Agricultural & Rural Development
is pleased to identify itself as organization endeavoring for the social and economic emancipation of the less endowed.

As for it's Constitution, CARD was founded
in 1985, as a long and cherished dream that Founder, G. S. J. Tyragaraju shares, "You
have a experience in the field of community
development, together with like-minded
people commited to the cause of the
suffering masses."
Registered under Societies Registration Act Number 2381/88 in the year
1988, CARD is accredited with the provisions of exemption from Income Tax under section 12 A under the government of Andhra Pradesh, and 80 G of the Government of India. CARD has also obtained it's registration number from Foreign Contribution Act #010230680 with the Ministry of
Home Affairs of the Government of India to be able to receive foreign contribution.
In Order to acheive the organizational objectives, CARD has been carrying out
the following programmic activities in a systematic manner:

Center for Agricultural & Rural Development (CARD)
is based in Hydaerbad in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We work with the urban slums, sub-urban settlements,
and rural areas of Krishna, Warangel Districts.

With reasonable infrastructure, we have competent
personnel to plan, impliment, and evaluate developmental
programmes aiming at the total well being of the weaker
section of society.
