Carpentry for Christ Ministries
We operate through private donations, fundraisers, volunteers, a job referral network, a ministry staff, paid employees, and the love of Jesus Christ our Lord.
The goal of our ministry is to provide jobs and job training for as many homeless and disabled individuals as possible. Most of our projects are community service projects for low income residents, seniors or fundraisers.
Ephesians 2:8-10

Our Statement of Faith:
We affirm the historic Christian faith and proclaim the life-transforming Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Gospel means Good News, the very best news anyone can hear. Therefore, we believe the following:
1. The Basics of the Christian Faith are: The Inerrancy of the Bible; The Holy Trinity (God in Three Persons); the Virgin Birth of Jesus Chris; His Deity and Ministry here on Earth; His Crucifixion, Death and Bodily Resurrection from the Dead and His Imminent Return as the King of Glory.
2. The Bible, the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired of God and inerrant; that divine inspiration and inerrancy extends equally and fully to all 66 Books. Scripture is thus to be regarded as the final and supreme authority on Sin, Salvation, Sanctification and how we should live. (Matt.4:4; 5:17, 18; 22:32; Luke 11:5; John 5:46; Acts 26:22; Gal 3:16;Hebrews 4:12)
3. The one living God, who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who loves mankind so much (John 3:16) is the Supreme Being of Eternity Past, Present and Future.
God the Father: Deut. 6:4; Prov 30:4; Isa. 6:3; 48:16; Matt 28:18, 19.
God the Son and God the Holy Spirit: Gen. 12:3; 2 Sam. 7:16; Psalm 2:6; Psalm 110:1-7; Isa 7:14; 9:6, 7; Jer. 23:5, 6; Matt. 1:1; 1:23; 3:17; Luke 1:34, 35; 2:52; John 1:1, 2, 14.
Jesus? death in our place reconciles us to God. His atoning sacrifice provided redemption from the power of sin, forgiveness for our guilt, and reconciliation to Himself and others. We become acceptable to God, or justified, not by works, but by God?s Grace alone, through Faith in Christ alone. We believe in Christ?s present ministry of intercession for us as our High Priest (Hebrews 5), and His return to earth in Power and Glory.
The Holy Spirit draws sinners to repentance, belief in the Gospel and trust in the Risen Christ of whom the Bible speaks. The Holy Spirit then assures believers of salvation, gives them gifts for servant ministries, and empowers them to meet the needs of the lost, the poor, and the oppressed.
5. Due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve, all humans have failed to obey God?s two major laws summed up by the Lord Jesus Christ. We have failed to love God with our whole being and we have failed to love our neighbors as ourselves. We believe that man was created in the image of God. Man willfully sinned and thus incurred physical and spiritual death, which is separation from God. Man, through Adam, transmitted a sin nature to all his descendants, and all become sinners in thought, word, and deed. Apart from Jesus Christ, man is utterly unable to remedy this situation. (Gen. 1:26, 27; 2:16, 17; 3:1-19; Eccles. 7:20; Isa. 64:6; Matt. 19:4, 5; Rom. 3:22, 23; 5:12; 2 Cor. 4:3, 4; Gal. 3:21, 22; Eph. 2:1-3, 12.)
6. All believers in the Lord Jesus Christ are members of His Body here on Earth, until that Day. Unity of the World Wide Body, called the Church can be displayed when we reach beyond racial or denominational barriers to demonstrate and teach the Gospel?s reconciling power, through the Basics of the Faith (see above) and Proclaim His Name as One True Savior of the Universe. We affirm this in humility, as believers washed Clean by the Precious Blood of the Lamb of God. We stand boldly as Soldiers under the Blood-stained Cross of the Lord Jesus Christ where the Son won Victory over Sin and Death, once and for all, for all people and time.
7. Our primary calling is to communicate the Gospel to everyone in our generation and nurture disciples. Nothing must divert us from carrying out our Lord?s Great Commission (Acts 1:8) until His glorious return to reign in Righteousness. We believe that all believers are called to discipleship and a holy walk not in the flesh but in the Spirit. Believers have been freed from their enslavement to sin, and by faith, through the Spirit, are able to experience this freedom. Therefore, ours is the calling to make this News known to ?Judea and Samaria and even unto the ends of the earth!? (Matt. 7:12; 10:37, 38; Luke 14:26, 27; John 13:14; Rom. 6:1-20; 8:2, 4; 12:1; Gal 3:1-14; 5:16-22; Eph 2:1).
