Catholic Social Services - Tax Assistance Program

Organization Description: 

The Older Adult Services Tax Assistance Program trains volunteers to help low-income seniors and disabled adults file simple income tax returns and receive Michigan Homestead Property and Home Heating tax credits. Tax preparation sessions are scheduled throughout Washtenaw County at subsidized and low-income senior housing facilities, senior centers, and at the CSSW Older Adult Services office in the Senior Health Building at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti.
