CHILD

Organization Description: 

CHILD is a childcare non-discrimination community organization under Spring of Hope Ministries Uganda. It is a community development programme that has been operational since 2003, engaged in urban-rural community development work. The project was found on conviction that HIV/AIDS through manifestation was one of the biggest problems that push children into orphanage, hopelessness and on the streets. This has been happening especially when these children loose their parents due to HIV/AIDS. The project works with local schools, churches and local council communities.
