At World Changers Church International we believe:
Â…Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.
Â…after death, eternal life begins either in heaven or hell. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.
Â…that when the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those who are alive and remain (those have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior) will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
Â…the Bible was written and inspired by God.
Â…faith is acting on the Word of God.
Â…in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Â…in the authority of Jesus' name.
We preach Christ’s birth, Baptism, Teachings, Crucifixion, Resurrection, ascension, second coming, millennial reign, White throne Judgment, the new Heaven and the new Earth when He will have put all enemies under His feet, and the redeemed will reign with Him for all eternity.
We believe in the divine inspiration of the Bible, and endorse all the teachings contained therein. Following is a summery of the basic tenets of our faith.
THE DIVINE TRINITY consists of three persons: God the Father, Jesus Christ the son, and the Holy Ghost, perfectly united as one. Mathew 3:16, 17. 1John 5:7,
REPENTENCE is a godly sorrow for sin with a renunciation of sin. Isaiah 55:7; Mathew 4:17,
JUSTIFICATION or SALVATION is the act of God’s grace where by we receive forgiveness for sins and stand before God as though we had never sinned. Romans 5:1; 2Corinthians 5:17.
WATER BAPTISM: Mathew 3:16; 28: 19.
THE LORD’S SUPPER Mathew 26:26-29; 1Corinthians 11:23, 26.
WASHING THE DESCIPLES’ FEET John 13:14, 15.
SANCTIFICATION or HOLINESS, the acts of God’s grace whereby we are made holy, is the second definite work and is subsequent to justification. John17: 15-21; Hebrews 13:12
BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST: John 14:16, 17, 26; Acts1: 5-8, 2:1-4
DIVINE HEALING of sickness is provided through the atonement, James5: 14-16; 1Peter2: 24.
ORNAMENTS We believe the scriptures and we should not wear ornaments with His command. 1Peter 3:1-4, 1Timothy 2:9, 10, Exodus 33:1-6.
We believe FASTING AND PRAYERS as Jesus followed and told to his desciples.
We believe THE SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST Acts1: 9-11, Mathew 24:40-44, 1Thesselonians 4:15-17.
THE TRIBULATION Isaiah 26: 20,21; Revelation 9 and 16.
CHRIST MILLENNIAL REIGN is the literal 1000 years of peaceful reign by Jesus on earth. Isaiah 11 and 35.
THE GREAT WHITE THRONE JUDGEMENT. Revelation 20:11-15.
THE NEW HEAVEN AND THE EARTHT. 2Peter 3:12, 13.
