Mission Statement:

We are Christ the King Service Corps. Living simply in a community of faith, we reach out in service to all people in our neighborhood, regardless of race, religion, age or status, to instill hope and create a brighter future for the city of Detroit and its residents.

Organizational Statement of Faith:

We are a Catholic program that was created by a Catholic parish. As an urban church, we see the importance of diversity of thought and ideas. From this, we welcome people of all Christian denominations, non-Christian faiths or other ideologies to fully participate in our program. Part of our welcoming statement best reflects this, "We do not seek to erase our differences. Rather, we lovingly embrace the rich and unique dimensions within each of us; this is the wholeness of life."
