Christchurch and District Arts Council

CADArts was established in 1978 to promote participation in, and development of, the Arts amongs the inhabitants of a Christchurch and the surrounding area. The executive committe (most of whom represent groups) is elected annually from amongst its members. The Mayor of Christchurch is President, and the Borough Council nominates two representatives to the committee.
