The mission of the Christian Youth Worker Institute (CYWI) is to train and support Christian youth workers in urban Boston to help them more effectively reach and serve at-risk and high-risk youth. CYWI will take a collaborative approach, engaging youth workers at every level to understand and respond to their needs. Core CYWI activities include outreach to youth workers, academic and practical training, resource networking, applied research, capacity building and personal support.
