CHRISTIANS UNITED IN GOD, INC. dba FOOD SERVICE MINISTRY
The immediate goal of the organization is to provide a support network for homeless individuals and families recovering from a variety of socioeconomic-related difficulties.
To achieve our goal, we founded the Food Service Ministry (FSM) with the mission to feed the homeless and help people in need of food. The CUG-FSM team empowers those needing support with spiritual, educational, and other resources. The ministry is very committed to serve everyone without any form of discrimination.
The mission of Christians United in God is to promote and carry out humanitarian actions, charitable activities, and assistance to those in need. Our vision is to reduce the effects of poverty in our neighborhood by assisting the poor.
The CHRISTIANS UNITED IN GOD believe:
-In the Holy Bible, and in the Holy Bible as the Word of God.
-That The Holy Bible is composed of the Words inspired by God, written by men of God moved by The Holy Spirit. The words of the Scriptures are
Divine. The Bible is infallible in its original manuscripts.
God miraculously preserved the Bible, and He is the unique and final authority of Faith and Life. To follow and live according to the Words of The Holy Bible will take us towards the Kingdom of God.
-In the Holy Trinity. Only one true God, existing eternally in three distinct people: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
-That God created the Human beings in his own image and that the Human beings must serve, praise and worship God.
-That the Lord Jesus Christ shed his blood on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins.
-That the Christians who have faith in Jesus Christ will obtain the salvation and the grace of God.
-That to carry out a Christian life while following and living according to the Words of The Holy Bible will direct us towards Jesus Christ and God.
-That a Church is a religious building whose main role is to facilitate the gathering of the Christian community. However, the Church is not only a building or a denomination.
According to The Holy Bible, the Church is the Body of Christ where all those who put their faith in Jesus Christ for their salvation come together (John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 12:13). The Church is a Holy Place to praise and worship God.
