Funding Limitations Description: 

The foundation does not provide support for individual religious congregations. Also does not support elementary, secondary or public higher educational institutions.

The foundation also does not award endowments, grants to individuals, or provide support for operational deficits, financial emergencies, debt retirement, or annual fundraising activities.
