We are a nonprofit community development corporation with programs in affordable housing, economic development, green education and cultural outreach.
The motto of Communities First, Inc. is "Developing With The Community In Mind". As we continue to develop projects and programs we will always keep the community involved and engaged. As our organization grows we will also grow with the needs of the community in mind. We endeavor to keep the community first in all of our work, addressing the needs and desires of those that we serve.
