Interested in partnering with organizations based in Pennsylvania area, specifically Philadelphia as well as in counties surrounding this area.
If the organization had pre-existing [and hence, direct] relationship with the founders John and Josephine Connelly, funding will be allocated regardless if they are located in the Philadelphia area or not.
Primarily provides grants for Pennsylvania based organizations, but has a history of providing funding for organizations based in California, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Texas, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C.

Non Profit Organizations must submit written proposals. These proposals must include:
- An executive summary of the project that outlines its goals, financial requirements, and current status
- A brief history of the organization, as well as its current operating budget and annual report
- An IRS 990 Form, as well as two recently audited financial statements
- A detailed proposal plan that outlines the project's objectives, budget, time table related to its eventual implementation, and the intended targeted population
- What outcome is anticipated and expected
- Previously committed and prospective financial support for this project, including the names of the sources and amounts
- Plans that describe how the proposed project will be funded on a continual basis
- Names and occupations of all directors or trustees
- A listing of key staff and their qualifications, and resume’ of project officer.
- Copy of the Federal Internal Revenue Service determination letter granting tax exemption status.
Will not provide funding for individuals
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Camden, NJ 2003: $20,000
Catholic Relief Services, MD 2005: $100,000
Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, PA 2005: $1,500,000
