There are four specific programs that encompass CIO.

The first program is called Hope for Children Program (HCP). The purpose of this program is to improve the way of life of under privilege children, by improving the environment in which children eat, sleep and play. This program focuses on children who live in low to moderate income communities and foster homes. Our organization will work directly with all of the beneficiaries of our programs to determine what necessary improvement, repairs and changes need to be made to ensure that the living conditions of our beneficiaries are satisfactory.

The next program is called Hope for Senior Citizens Program (CSP). The purpose of this program is to improve the living conditions of low to moderate income seniors in metro and rural areas of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

The third program is called Hope for People with Special Needs Program. The purpose of this program is to improve living conditions, and make them safer and more accessible for people with special needs (physical disabilities). The primary focus is improving the living conditions of low to moderate income people living with special needs, as well as making the their homes more accessible and safer, in metro and rural areas of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

The last program is called Better Living for Low to Moderate Income Families Program. This program focuses on improving environments and the living conditions of low to moderate income families in metro and rural areas of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
