The Community organization for Social Transformation Trust- in short –COST TRUST, is a legally registered under Indian Trust Act 1882, deeply committed to the development of children, youth, women, Disabled, vulnerable, and Marginalised communities, was founded by Bro.P.Samuel Raj, M.A.,B.Ed., a trained Teacher, social service Educator and a Practicing Social worker in July 2001 in the lock city of Dindigul, Tamil Nadu State, India with the prime objective of performing a wide spectrum of roles in the development of children, youth and women and undertaking a comprehensive action through welfare, Development, preventive, curative and rehabilitative perspectives.
