Core Functions-Guiding Principles
We believe we are called to minister to children and be an example to the community at large. The following principles guide how we conduct the Cross Training Sports Camp organization.

Jesus Christ is central.
Prayer is the foundation of all work.
We will operate on the principle of FAITH:
F-FORSAKING
A-ALL
I -I
T-TRUST
H-HIM
Individuals will understand and experience God ƒâ€š ‚’s power as they ƒâ€š ‚“die to self ƒâ€š ‚â€, give up all and trust Him in going forth for God to do a work in and through them.
The use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs while involved in a camp, staff meeting or any CTSC activity will not be tolerated.
We will continually seek to ƒâ€š ‚“Mind our call for that is our all in all, ƒâ€š ‚†and be faithful to our vision statement.
All activities will be aligned with and supportive of the mission statement and goals of CTSC.
We will strive to improve as we grow being careful to follow God ƒâ€š ‚’s direction.
We will at all times have open and honest communication with our staff and partnered communities (Eph.4: 15).
Partnering communities and churches will fulfill defined responsibilities in order that camps may fulfill the mission.
