Crossroads Community Center
Crossroads Community Center is a Christian organization located in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia. It is sponsored by the Eastern District Conference of the MCUSA and other supporting AMEC Churches. It has close ties to Second Mennonite Church at Franklin Street and Indiana Avenue.
Crossroads began in 1965 as an orientation center for new residents in this area. Shortly afterwards, it became a meeting place for teenagers as well. Since then, Crossroads has added other programs and services for a wide variety of people in our neighborhood.
To evangelize, disciple, and demonstrate the Gospel to the people of the Fairhill community and beyond.
We believe that God's will for His people is that we live as disciples of Christ, following His living example and obeying His commands as expressed in the New Testament of the Bible. This calls us to deep concern for our neighbors, the people of the Fairhill Community (and surrounding areas in Kensington) North Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.We commit this Association Crossroads Community Center, for the exclusive purpose of providing charitable, educational, and religious services to the people of Fairhill and surrounding communities.
