Cuidado Casero Home Health & Hospice

Organization Description:

Our goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of all individuals and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s) is entitled to comfort and quality of life during the final journey of life.

It is our contention that hospice patients have the right to continue life to the fullest extent possible according to their individual circumstances. We recognize patients decision-making rights in relation to continuing or refusing medical treatments and support the use of medication to alleviate pain; however, we do not support or participate in assisted suicide or euthanasia.

We advocate for all persons in our community to have quality end-of-life care. We respect our patients, families, employees, and volunteers. We further educate patients, families and the public about end-of-life issues.

Cuidado Casero Home Health and Hospice has offices in Arlington, Dallas, Austin, El Paso, Plainview and Lubbock. With additional offices in New Jersey, Virgina, New Mexico and 6 agencies in Puerto Rico.
