Dare to Share with Zimbabwe

Organization Description:

Educate

With no free education and high inflation rate, even children with living parents have a slim chance for education. $450 per year will provide one child with tuition, uniform, books, and supplies for a full yearÂ’s education. Presently 250 students are enrolled by Dare to Share

House
Just $50 a month can provide housing, food and clothing for a family of 6 in Zimbabwe. Dare to Share makes certain that individuals are placed into culturally appropriate environments for care.

Medical
We are preparing to open medical clinics in 2008.

Feed
Dare to Share is currently providing staple food items (bought in bulk and distributed on a Monthly basis) to individuals and and families in need. Approximately 1000 people are supported by Dare to Share

In 2000, Dare to Share was established as a 501 (c) 3 organization. Much of the work has been from JonathanÂ’s artistic gifts, as he sells his wire art to support the cause in Zimbabwe. In the past two years much of the funding has come from private donations, speaking engagements, etc.
