Deuce Deuce Dance Company
By tying dance in with community service, Deuce Deuce is allowing people to put their mark on the world and experience diversity to enhance one's mind and spirit. Deuce Deuce will teach people that "...you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back." ~Maya Angelou.
Deuce Deuce is being formed to provide a unique and meaningful dance program for all children, to educate high school students in dance and production, and to build a lifelong audience for the arts. We plan to offer a dynamic and constantly-evolving program. Although we will incorporate many of the dance technique forms into our program, our focus is on production and career education.
The mission of Deuce Deuce Dance Company is not just to entertain and educate, but to matter, be proactive, to be useful, and to have made some difference in the world, no matter how small a difference we make. Deuce Deuce Dance Company believes that everyone should do all they can, no matter how small the action may seem.
